Q - How long will we need to work together?
A - We will work together for a minimum of 12 weeks. This is not usually long enough for most people to reach their ultimate fitness and weight loss goals but it gives you a chance to really implement and try my method. After the initial 12 weeks, clients usually feel that they would like to continue working with me until they reach their goals. A year is a good time frame to shoot for. Thereafter, I can help you stay on track and continue to provide you with phased calorie and macro goals so that your metabolism stays stable and you keep your optimal results, for as long as you like!

Q - Is your method a fad diet? Is it low carb or low fat?
A - My method is not a fad diet at all. It is scientifically dialing in the number of calories and macros that work for each individual in order to achieve their goals. This is a bit of a moving target so we adjust as we go. The amount of protein and calories I set for each person is the most important thing. Beyond that there is some leeway as to carbs and fat. Some people feel better with a balance of the two, others like higher carb, and others like higher fat. We will discuss this together. Otherwise, we do discuss some lifestyle changes that will immensely increase your progress and help you feel better as well.

Q - Are any foods considered bad foods?
A - There are definitely foods that are not optimal for health and or weight loss. I outline foods to avoid and foods to minimize. However, if there is something that you really enjoy, we can fit it into your plan as an occasional indulgence. Or, for example, if you love wine, I will show you how you can enjoy it on date night with your husband or a happy hour with the girls and still be able to meet your goals.

Q - How soon can I expect results?
A - This is very individual and depends much on the state of your metabolism as well as other factors. However, I will say that the level of results you get depends greatly on the level of effort and compliance you put in.
