Who am I?
I am a 48 year old mom of twins. My family and my two pups are my world!! I love to cook healthy food (mushrooms with everything please), workout, hike, and travel.
I have a lifelong fascination with fitness and nutrition. It’s something I love to study in my free time! That being said, I am a HUGE foody and I believe we can be healthy and ALSO enjoy our food! I have never been a fan of extreme restriction. It just doesn’t work…at least not for long. I’ve done Whole 30s, Paleo, dipped my toe in the Keto world, etc. etc. While some things like this can be a great reset to get us started and help us see if we have food intolerances, many times they aren't sustainable in the long term. One thing I learned from all of this experimentation is that it can be SO confusing with all of the information out there. Which one should you choose?? Which one is the healthiest? Which way will get you the results you are looking for? I have a nutrition certification from the Nutritional Coaching Institute which is one of the top nutrition certifications out there! I have learned from the best how to help you finally reach your health and wellness goals. So let’s get to work!!

My main goal is to help you live a happier, healthier, fuller life. I help you focus on things like: sleep, exercise (yes I know), and eating FULL, well rounded meals. I will help you stop yo-yo dieting and make a REAL change for good.
When working with me, you will use apps like My Fitness Pal to track your progress, log your food, etc.

Calorie and macronutrient intake is very individual and is not a one size fits all process. There will be some adjusting as we see what your body responds to. However, achieving your ultimate goals will always be my aim and great results is what we are after!
